The best Bama gameday outfits 

As we’re approaching the start of college football season, I would first like to start off by saying that gameday outfits look a little different depending on what type of college you go to. I personally go to an SEC school so my game days are a tiny bit fancier than what I was used to growing up. The University of Alabama is known for these “over the top” and “preppy-chic look” game day outfits which I personally love. Although, I grew up right near a BIG 10 school so I was used to wearing jeans, a tube top, and even sweatshirts. Down in the South, they do things a little differently. 

1. Sets

Sets are the perfect thing to wear in the Southern heat, like Alamaba. They make you look put together but also don't get too sweaty. They cover everywhere you need but with the least amount of fabric possible which is perfect in the humidity and direct sunlight.

This is another romper I just bought for this year's game days coming up. I am super excited to wear this because the material is light so I know I won’t get super hot. Another thing I specifically like about this item is that you can tuck in the straps to make it strapless or keep them on!

3. Dresses

Dresses are huge go-to’s on game days at Alamba and in the South in general. You can never go wrong with a cute dress. My friends and I usually all share our closets on game days and usually everyone ends up wearing a dress of some sort! Down below I linked some of my favorite finds.

4. Leather Shorts

I used to never wear leather shorts, but after coming to an SEC school, I wear leather shorts all the time. These are great to not only wear on game days but also out to the bars! These are a staple bama game day piece.
